How to Return Commercial Refrigeration Equipment

We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions once your return request is approved. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your commercial refrigeration equipment upon receipt. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for opened items, custom-built products (e.g., specially ordered or personalized items), used items, or items damaged by customers. Additionally, any assembled evaporator fan or condensing unit ran with refrigerant cannot be returned. Contact us with any questions about specific items.
Exchanges
For a different commercial refrigeration item, we recommend returning your current purchase and placing a new order once the return is processed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your commercial refrigeration equipment return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
